What kind of "stuffs" does it have to be? I want to do something that's not related to anything posted yet, but I find it quite hilarious nonetheless...

Anything you want. It's our own blog. Just don't post inappropriate(games, etc.) or controversial (religion, politics, etc.) materials.

You can post informations about games that are at least 12 years old.

Wow, Kang-Rui, that's kind of unfair. o.O There's not much difference between 12-year-old games and new games.

-You know, much inspiration has come from video games that have only recently been released (i.e. in the past four years)

-Take a look at Bioshock. It was released in 2007, garnering rave reviews, with many critics citing that it trumps the old notion that "video games aren't art"

-If you actually took the time to play through the game and absorb everything that just occurred, you will understand what I am talking about. It deals with relevent social ideologies (particularly taking inspiration from Ayn Rand), and while you may not agree with its "inspirations," it must nonetheless be respected.

-Furthermore,the most critically-lauded video game of all time, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, wasn't even released 12 years ago (it was released on November 23, 1998).

-With everything presented to you, isn't there at least some room to make a few exceptions?

I understand the inspirations and the art of gaming. I myself is heavily loyal to a game. What I'm afraid is articles about gaming might destroy the possibility of having CAS hours. On the other hand, I want to protect the my own personal game from criticism and insult.

I'll ask Mr. Bryant more about it.

All I'm saying is that just in the past generation of video games (starting with the release of the Xbox 360 on November 22, 2005), there have been a blossoming of beautiful and intellectual pieces of "art."

For example, like i said before, Bioshock, but it also includes Super Mario Galaxy, Braid, and numerous others.

Oh, and if there was one category to be critically-lauded as art, it would be the RPGs, with such greats as Chrono Trigger, Fallout 3, Mass Effect, Final Fantasy VII, The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, and Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic.
